If you are not sure what a piece of computer equipment is, DO NOT touch it. Especially do not roll it out of the way (and why the fuck is this server, on which the entire operation of the service center rests, on a rolling cart) just so you can plug your laptop into the network.

I, for one, am simply happy that I have food to eat and clothing to wear and the fabulous chance to recieve an education that many will never have. Like I told you when you wanted me to write an astroturf letter to my representatives, I am not comfortable mixing my job with my politics. More work rant:

So, I had three changes open for last night, Change Management Team, and I did two of them a bit earlier than I had planned because they were all on the same hardware and I didn't want to recycle the damned thing multiple times, first because there's a brief outage every time I do and, second, because I'm lazy. So, this morning, I catch minor hell for this, and you won't do the post-implementation compliance review step until I log a comment in the tickets explaining why I had the audacity to implement a transparent change at 10pm instead of 11pm Fair enough, I broke the rules, even if they are stupid rules. However, why is that, when I go to update and close the third ticket, the one I did at the proper time, I notice that you did your post implementation review step yesterday afternoon, approximately 6 hours before I actually implemented the change? WHERE IS YOUR LOGGED COMMENT MOTHERFUCKER????

I took two BC powders for my hangover, and I guess they have a lot of aspirin in them which I am totally allergic to. Also my lips are ballooned up like Angeline Jolie's. At least my hangover feels better.

Yes, I've been in your store a few times, looked around and was tempted to buy this or that, but the "bargains" were not much of a bargain, what with the scratches, dents, missing parts and broken bits. But one day I found aMemory Foam pillow for $15! It was sealed in plastic and in a brand new looking box, so I thought "what the hey, I want another one of those 'cuz I love the one I have".

Guess what? NOT Memory Foam. Regular foam. Not squishy. Not comfy. I brought it back, but your clerk said "No returns." I said, "I don't want the pillow, it's not Memory Foam". She said, "it says right on the box, 'Memory Foam'" I say, "it's not like any Memory Foam I've ever seen". Her: "it's their version of Memory Foam".

I finally got your very rude employee to take back the pillow and issue me a store credit. My name is on it, but I hope you don't check ID when it's cashed in because I'll probably give it away, as the likelihood of my ever shopping in your store again is pretty small.

WooHoo!!!!! The living room set is here. Well half of it is anyway. There was another order the same as ours. So the 2 Chaise were loaded together on the back of the truck for first delivery.

The 2 sofa were loaded in the front of the truck for last delivery. They said they would try and return before 5PM today. If not it would be tomorrow.

Got a call from the driver Friday night saying he would be here @ 2:30pm.

Not happy @ 3:30pm I call the store to find out where my sofa is.

The driver calls me and told me that he said he'd be here between 2:30 & 4:30. And that at the moment he was in Ann Arbor. Over 90min. away.

He finally shows @ 5:30pm. At least I get the $75.00 dollars back for delivery.

Well, I just got off the phone with the manager of Sofa Mart Lansing. He says he has to call corporate offices to find out why I don't have the refund yet.

I told him I wanted it by the end of the week. He retorts that it wouldn't be until Friday 9/11/09.

I find this as very poor business practice. 5 weeks for a refund is intolerable. I feel you need to resolve this situation promptly. :fuming:
