I actually think she said X has been "extremely clear about our efforts to combat antisemitism and discrimination." (I can't see the source, but she was quoted here: IBM pulls X ads as Elon Musk endorses white pride - The Verge)

In practice, I think he announces the thing on Friday, figuring that his fanbase will have forgotten about it by Monday, or will simply declare that he did it. I've seen one of them claiming he built a sub to rescue those kids in a cave. (He did not. He just called the people actually doing the work names.)
