aYup! I love to cook. But when you can't stand for long periods of time, it makes it tough. Like tomorrow. I'm going to mow and mulch the rest of the leaves in the yard. That just means the dinner will most likely be :nuke:

Tonight was a 1 skillet meal.

Ore-Ida® Potatoes O’Brien in 3 Tbls. EVOO, cook 5 minutes covered.

Uncover add 1# Chorizo cook 5 minutes.

Add 6 eggs stirring for about 5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.

Roast chicken and whatever. Probably scalloped potatoes and broccoli.

The last two nights, we had vegetable barley soup because I made a lot and don't feel like cooking more than I have to.
