Woo, anyone looking to shoot up another conservative country music concert can breath easy knowing they'll easily be able to find bump stocks to convert their weapon into a giggle gun. The supreme court ruled that the loophole used by bumpstocks is an acceptable one, defining a machine gun as a device that fires multiple shots on one trigger pull. A bump stock pulls the trigger multiple times in rapid succession automatically firing the weapon multiple times, which is not by the previous definition a machine gun even though it is an automatic weapon.
Bump stocks themselves are gimmicks that provide poor control, the only use for them is for those to feel cool firing automatic into a berm but can't afford a real machine gun or wildly into a crowd, there's not even a 'everyone knows it's bullshit' health and disabilities excuse that's been cooked up like for pistol braces or suppressors. Even to hardened gun nutters this is seen as a potentially dangerous toy.

Michigan state Rep. Neil Friske (R-Charlevoix) was arrested early Thursday morning after he reportedly chased a stripper with a gun after a disagreement the two had.
According to initial reports from the Lansing-based MIRS News, Friske was arrested by the Lansing Police Department with a gun in his possession at 2:25 a.m. near his home, after sources said he allegedly chased an adult dancer from his home. The dancer also supposedly works at the Déjà Vu gentlemen’s club in Lansing, which is located close to Friske’s home. The LPD also confirmed they were responding to a shots fired call.
After all, what good is a right to "keep" and "bear" a firearm if you can't use the fucking thing on a stripper in the middle of the night?
