Chris Stapleton is part of the new outlaw country music and he is coming out with a new album.

I don’t listen to much Stapleton, but my love of Zbilly Strings, Tyler Childers and Sturgill Simpson means that he comes up in autosuggestions a lot.

He did press for his new album and said some shit that made some of his fans turn on him

Now I know this is the worst of Twitter, but plenty of country music fans are very rightwing and racist, so I see no reason to think these are particularly cherrypicked.

One guy says that he used to love Stapleton, but now he and everyone he knows hates him.

Her and/or her friends dropped the Nword as well, and got into an altercation both sides showing guns. During the altercation someone said black lives matter and maybe this dead racist woman or maybe one of her racist friends said all lives matter.

She was shot when her and her friends said racist shit in public and an altercation ensued.

Yes, she should get justice, but she wasn’t murdered by police so they are pursuing justice.

I hope whoever shot her is brought to justice.

The NFL kicked off today with a game between the Texans and the Chiefs. On hand was a crowd of about 17,000 which is better than a packed stadium I suppose.


Before the game they played the National Anthem and Lift Every Voice and Sing, during the performances, messages that the players had agreed on calling for justice and unity displayed on the scoreboard. The Texans stayed in the locker room for the performances and the Chiefs mostly stood, but at least one player kneeled.

Then the Texans came out and all the players and coaches shared a moment of unity on the field.

and Chief fans booed.
