By far the longest it has ever taken me to pick the first square, there were a bunch of things I could narrow down to two choices, but then I couldn't figure out a way ahead for quite a while.

I placed the first 3 almost instantly. Centre row right square can't hold a 3 in its right hand column, because of two yellows and a green 3 on the remaining row. So the 3 must go in the bottom right hand square, and there's only one space for it.
