I created my own tasty, filling turkey wrap for less than 200 calories! Not super DUPER low carb, but moderately so...
1 low-carb hi-fiber whole wheat tortilla (La Tortilla Factory) 50 calories
5 slices Foster Farms thin deli slices (70 calories)
1 Laughing Cow spreadable light swiss wedge, add a dash of garlic salt, pepper, herb blend and dab of dijon mustard (35 calories)
Sliced red onion , tomato and shredded iceberg to "fill it out" (20 cal)
Approximately 175 calories and YUM!!! The laughing cow spread mixture instead of a slice of cheese is super yummy and tangy.
I'll probably make some SteamFresh green beans - dressed with lemon juice, salt and pepper - in a while - I can eat the whole bag (4 servings) for 120 calories but 1/2 the bag usually fills me up and I'll save the rest for tomorrow.
I cup sliced strawberries for dessert and I'm still on track for the day if I can avoid the lure of dark chocolate while watching LOST!
