Right, but wouldn't that count as having gotten a higher number first? Sorry in advance if we're being bad, Crumbles. I don't think it's gameplay, though, and it's probably something that should be clarified for the future.

Oh, I see where you're going. I dunno. My thinking was that only the timing of Pan's latest arrival at the magic number would count, but maybe Crumb meant it like you thought.

Thass cool. I feel better nao. This morning I had a post all ready where I was going to claim and then try to make a deal with the town to not lynch me if I aimed to kill scum. Then when I saw that I wasn't already fucked I figured I'd wait it out.

Said player asked me, but if I sub I'd prefer to have the player take back over after returning. My internetting is much curtailed these days at work and due to my wife's office closing she will be dominating the comp at home, so I can't catch up much there either. If there is somebody else out there who would like to do the honors, please do. I'll do it as a last resort if the game will OMG BREAK if no replacement is available.

You may want to start a thrad in the Atrium if you get no takers here.

By the way, this is the second game in a row where the substance of PMs is so different between scum and town that it trips up non-townies. We were barely able to weasel out of it in the last game, but it's potentially gamebreaking. Or if not breaking, gamedenting. Prohibiting PM quoting really doesn't address it, not that I know how to address it properly.

Gm should just send a copy of the townie pm to every player
