Evaporated whiskey

Lagavulin 16 year scotch.

I was mildly surprised at how little got left behind. The Irish Whiskeys all were very clear (maybe filtered?), but I was expecting more from such a peaty, smoky scotch.

This is probably my last set for a while. This bottle was a present last year from my father, and finishing it off seems to be a nice conclusion to this project.
