Your store must not give a shit about their metrics and/or maybe my local store has management with whips. The only time Circuit City screwed up on my orders (out of maybe 5 times I've done it) was when the person who pulled the item off the shelf mistook the CD carton and got the wrong type of CD-Rs. Luckily the woman at the pick-up counter caught the mistake though I doubt the higher quality version I paid for was that much different than the one I would have gotten instead.
Did you at least enjoy the sushi? I usually plan a visit to the great Japanese restaurant next to Circuit City when I do my online order/in-store purchase.

I've never had sushi so I can't comment on that. I'm glad your experience was better than mine, pesci, at Circuit City. I was only there to pick something up quick and ended up waiting in line for what felt like a half hour. By the time I got out of there, I was hot and bothered, and not in a good way.
It was very cleansing. I slept out in a leanto. It was clear out, with the very, very tiniest hint of a crescent moon. I built a small fire, more for the light than the warmth.

Oh, only the pre-purchase pickup times have been good! Otherwise, it's like ...well, the last time I tried to buy something in BestBuy, it took longer to get that tv purchased than it did any of the last 3 vehicles I've bought, including test drive times. And that's after I had already selected the exact model of tv through research online prior to going to the store!
