It's a beta, Shea, so there's a time limit on how long we get to play. After that, we'd have to purchase the game.
What the hell, let's just do it, Shea. Worst case scenario we run screaming like the crazy old ladies we are. Our local nerds will understand and we don't have to deal with any of the other nerds.

I got it right away on the screen when I put my email addy in the field. Then they emailed it right afterwards. I used the sign up on the gallery page. Maybe you should try that one with a new address.

That link worked, and spat out a beta key right away. Then it took me to a launcher (still in browser) but said

Bamf! Downloading now, thanks to our Friendly Neighborhood Bortman.
ETA: Man, this game better rock, 'cause the downloader is having issue after issue with me. First the damn thing was claiming my ports were blocked even though the connectivity test read green across the board. After a restart, now it's repeatedly popping up the box to approve deletion and re-download of already present files in the new folder I just made for the game....
ETA2: Ok, it doesn't like it when you change the default install path. Irritating, but I've had games that people have actually released do that, so a beta doesn't bother me too much. It is actually officially installing now.

Sorry guys, I had to stop it when it said the download would take 11 hours. Something isn't right, I don't think my poar person computer can hack the heavy gaming.
