I just did a rudimentary drawing of the backwards chair and decided that chairs would look the same but face backwards. The back of the chair would have to be padded and on a slant as the chest would be resting on it. Main anatomical concern is that the padding on our butts for the purpose of such things as sitting would be in the wrong place as well. So if our knees and hips bent the other way we would be disconcertingly ass backwards.
