Yes it is. The vaccine "problem" is much larger than the autism matter.

Measles was declared eliminated in 2000 -- meaning the disease "is no longer constantly present in this country." However, the dip in routine childhood vaccinations in recent years as well as travelers bringing measles into the country has resulted in outbreaks.

Be it Europe or the US, millions of unvaccinated people coming in, who are not even documented, no data on them, might be a health issue. Nobody is forcing these unknown people to be vaccinated, or even tracking where they travel.

If communicable disease was an actual threat, this would never be allowed by any country. Ever.

Again, either pretending not to understand something, or being too stupid to understand it, they both come across the same.

Way back in the day, after vaccination, the victim, I mean subject, was challenged with an actual infection, to see if the vaccination worked.

These days, nobody can do that. (it's illegal)

But they certainly can check for antibodies, and an immune response.

Also, before science knew how to preserve a vaccine, smallpox vaccination depended on young boys to carry the cowpox.
