Someone should really consider building such a system, maybe one where agencies can post up to the minute updates about their service, ones needing only a few lines, while anyone can view these service updates quickly and easily from their phone while also allowing users to interact with the service if needed. Maybe even put an ad or two next to the message to pay for the use.
