Default The League of Gentlemen

I know there's at least one other Royston Vasey fan in the house. Right now I'm rewatching series one. It is the most fantastically dark and hilarious, and pretty fucked up TV show I've ever seen.

Honestly, what kind of mind does it take to come up with Tubbs?! Who's with me?

:yup: I agree; I get the theme music in my head every time I see Stormlight's "local" quote.

It's a TV quote? Oh! I just thought he was bitching about this place, which wasn't exactly endearing. :p

Just substitute the word "shop" for "board" and it's the quote. Woe betide any non-locals who venture into Tubbs & Edward Tattsyrup's Local Shop...

:glare:

You march in here – young, try and…touch the local things. I suppose next you’ll be spraying me with one of those cans of paint? Smearing poor Tubbs here with excrement…
