If there’s one thing Trump has respect for, it’s a loyalty pledge to people who don’t support him. Why Trump is basically known for following all contracts he signs and would never fuck over the republican party for personal gain.

As Louis Brandeis said long ago, we can have democracy or we can have great wealth concentrated in the hands of a few, but we can't have both. Great concentrations of wealth in the hands of a few was what the U.S. was all about at the beginning, and after some pushback, the great concentrations thing won out many generations ago. That being true, just like all the hoops you have to jump through to board a commercial airliner are more security theater than actual security, national elections are more democracy theater than actual democracy. There'll definitely be a presidential election in 2024. How much will be pure theater is the thing.

JFK Jr. has yet to come out of hiding, but RFK Jr. is considering giving it a go. He's much beloved among rank-and-file anti-vax morons, but he's second tier at best when it comes to anti-vax grifting (can't compete with the big boys like Joe Mercola and Mike Adams).

That’s basically it, that’s the entire Desantis platform, hurt others to feel better about yourself, the question is can it go up against the might of ‘Hurt others to feel better about Myself’, that Trump brings? It seems like a coming clash of how conservative masses project their hate through their leader, as DeSantis seems to be more cruel but lacks the full on insecure narcissism that people seem to love about Trump.
