Welcome to the Freethought Forum

The lofty high Renaissance and marked mannerism. The heavy and ornate Baroque era, followed by the gentle Rococo. Harsh neo-classicism, rich romanticism, lush naturalism, stern realism, blurred impressionism. Heady surrealism, blockish cubism, postwar Dada, pointy-cornered art deco and cookie cutter Bauhaus. Let us skip the dreariness of the past half century and arrive finally at FF Style.

I did a search and couldn't find a thread with this title, so now there is one.
I have used Google News as an aggregator because my understanding was that it was an un-opinionated collector of whatever the top news stories are from all sources, and I liked that I could exclude garbage sources ala Fox and NY Post. However when I opened it this morning expecting the top story to be the historic UAW strike, I could barely find a story about it anywhere on the page. There was a tiny headline from The Guardian in the "Business" section near the bottom of the page, but nothing in the "Top Stories". Confused, I went to each individual news website (bbc.com, nytimes.com, wapo, usa today, al jazeera, apnews.com, etc.) and with the exception of Al Jazeera, every single site had the UAW strike as the #1 story on their home page. Meanwhile, Google News says:

What the hell?
Oh, and the top story in the "US" section?
