Granulated Garlic

Why yes, I did just get back from a visit with my parents who loaded me with comestibles on the way out the door, thank you for asking. Praise Munny for rolling suitcases and Amtrak's generous weight limits.

So. Two enormous bags of granulated garlic purchased from an Indian specialty store. They mistakenly bought it thinking it was power and unloaded it on me. I see people on teevee throwing it by the quarter cup into chilis and whatnot, but I could use specifics. I need a recipe that requires a fuckton of granulated garlic, please.

Sprinkle it and some Greek seasoning onto a big piece of salmon and bake. If you desire, serve with some sort of yogurt sauce.

I use it in a number of things, but I love sprinking it on potatoes, roasted or pan fried.

But then again that isn't a fuck-ton.
