Ah! OK, that makes sense. I thought maybe liv thought Cumbria was in Scotland, and had tried to draw a scottish flag but got it wrong. I should have known better.

it's a county in the North West but then .. I suppose there's no reason why people outside of England should have heard of it. It's when people IN England haven't heard of it then it's a problem
