We had not heard of her before today, but having reviewed that vid, yes, we do in fact like Adrienne Lawrence!
I fully expected some of the Jan. 6 defendants to mount a diminished capacity defense, but Mr. Watkins' "my client is goddamn short-bus Aspie dipshit who's far too much a fucking retard to form any sort of mens rea or put up any psychological resistance to trumpanzee pant-hooting" came as a bit of a surprise. It isn’t Trump’s alternative facts that gaslight us. It’s the acceptance without question on the part of the wider GOP. What threatens our collective sanity is not Trump’s incredible self serving claims, but that so many in positions of authority have refused to denounce him, and continue to refuse.
