Default Are unjust economic pressures a violation of human rights?

Some authorities in some countries use unjust economic pressures against the opposition. Are unjust economic pressures a violation of human rights?

When answering the question, please keep in mind that imposing taxes on the income and assets of religious organizations is not "unjust economic pressure." There is no room for debate or discussion on that point. :yup:

"unjust economic pressures" is sort of question-begging. what makes the pressure "unjust"? who is determining what counts as "just", exactly?

is sales tax an "unjust economic pressure"?
