Well, there was a point at one point, the OP for instance. So far, I've been unable to prove that I am a thread-killing sumbitch, but in the total analysis of thread killers at FF, I represent a formidible threat to the life of threads. If I get really really bored on day, I'll go back as far as it will let me go and count up the dead threads and who killed them. Of course, there will be those that refuse to believe it, so it seems to me I better do screenprints of each page as I go through them looking for last post by: warrenly. Perhaps out of sheer numbers of posts, I'll be beaten by the likes of viscous memories and livius drusus, but the rest of the members here don't stand a chance of even being anywhere other than in the shadow of my thread-killing prowess. Once confronted with the plain simple truth, the detractors will quiver in absolute awe at my awesome abilities to kill an online conversations, Lord Buzzkill, indeed. One day I may retire the crown, when and if that happens, the lot of you are free to vie for it. But, until that moment arrives, just forget it, you cannot possibly win, I am stubborn beyond belief, in fact, I don't believe how stubborn I can be. When I get my mind set on something, it gets done. You may thing this awesome power of mine should be harnessed into something constructive, but alas, it is not to be, I have tried that avenue and it appears to be a cul de sac, a dead end, a blind alley, a one-way street, the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine. I wish it were otherwise, but constructive, I am not. A wordy loudmouth bullshit artist, I reluctantly admit, I am. Surely even that has value in the big scheme of things. Oh, well, my carpel tunnel is acting up and I must conclude this boring diatribe. To conclude: resistance is futile, you cannot win.
