I must have had this post in my subconscious because I start every day with a random five letter word and today it was RAISE.

That one was too hard, and if you've solved it you already know at least 2 reasons why. I had to cheat on step 4 and not use all the revealed letters. That's the first time I've had to cheat on one of these.

I was doing a few on the practice site cep posted earlier in the thread hello wordl and this came up. I did manage to get it, but it was a surprise to see no vowels

There's also a phone app called "Wordlets" that lets you practice as much as you want, although the solution word sets may not be the same. It's actually pretty addictive.

Based on the ui and mechanics I'd say it's pretty likely they're different devs. Instead we may have to conclude there's a more limited set of words in their lists?

I got temporary psychosis from this one, and actually tried SOLAR because I lost the one where that was the answer. So I knew it had just been used and would not be used again so soon, but I used up a turn on it anyway trying to work through the trauma.

(On the one I lost, I ran out my turns on MOLAR and POLAR.)
