A side-point, here. I'm truly sorry to say that the attitudes alphamale makes apparent here are all too common in the United States. Talk to many Americans, and their overseas experience is military or not at all. As a teacher of adolescents, I've seen firsthand the level of geographical ignorance and the cultural insensitivity that comes with it. Remember, the presidential chimp had to get close enough that Diebold didn't look too obvious, so there are an appreciable number of Americans who supported him and his policies. And still do.
