On Spoilers

I was just thinking, I've been on a number of forums with similar software that allow you to close a spoiler tag after you've opened it. The

ha ha you looked

button stays there and clicking it again hides all the stuff inside the tag once more.

It's an extremely convenient feature when it comes to screen real estate and I was wondering if that could be put on the to-do list for

Until it gets done (which should just be a simple matter of coding ) a work around is to press the 'quote' button for the post and then use the 'back' button on your browser.

Didn't the button used to stay there so you could click it again to close it? I vaguely recall it acting like that once. Or maybe I'm thinking of that first spoiler hack we had where you could change the wording inside in the button.

I don't think that did it either. I think we have always had the single click spoiler.

This works either way - you can see the hidden text in the quoted part if you've not already clicked the button, and if you have clicked the button, it reappears when you click 'back'.
