I cannot believe that everyone has been ignoring the so-obvious answer staring everyone in the face the whole time:

The obvious categories are:

- Mutual Masturbation (socializing/admin/smilies)

- Intellectual Masturbation ("serious" subjects, politics)

- (possibly included in the one just above) Spiritual and Antispiritual Masturbation (obvious)

- Physical Masturbation (lifestyle/sexuality)

- Lack Of Masturbation (support/depressions)

It did, but we're actually done with the restructuring for now so for the time being this is where Forum Admin will be. It's relatively unused and we think it just makes more sense in "Public Works" with the other administrative forum.

The smiliedome should be at the top and everything else in an "other" category below it.

Oh, no! It is not relatively unused; it has 10 pages of threads. It makes more sense in "Forum Life" to encourage traffic, not with "Reported Posts" that never or rarely has any traffic for (all?) users. C'mon, it's 4/5/4, instead of 3/5/4/2! There's no comparison!

eta: genuine conservatism shouldn't be underrated. I'm all for radical change, but not everything needs changing, and even if it did, try it all at once and you'll end up with worse than nothing.
