I'm eating cocoa powder coated almonds. They are lightly sweet, only 1 gram of sugar per ounce of almonds. Nobody else at work is eating them so that 3 pound container should last me quite a while.

Cashews are second rate, kind of like a fucked up, but mightily flavorful peanut. Hell, they aren't even nuts, they're seeds of the cashew fruit.
