My groups' lunchtime discussion brought up eating bear meat. This triggered a memory about a business local to me while growing up. It was called Czimer's Game and Seafood, but I think during my childhood it was called Czimer's Wild Game, and they specialized in wild or unusual meats. They had a ranch near to our house where you'd often see unusual animals roaming the fields.
I never went there, because my parents were rather disgusted by the store (and possibly the people who owned it). Morbid curiosity wasn't enough of a motivator to seek it out on my own when I was old enough. I'm not surprised at all to learn the business did a lot of illegal animal trafficking as well:
