Well, I had mailed in my ballot for the primary, and gave no more thought to the primary all day, yesterday, or today.
(Really busy with medical shit. )
I have noticed that there is not a single T flag to be seen anywhere in the County, and I only saw one Saturday on the drive to Loveland to see Dune 2.
(Hopefully, that's a good sign.)
The primaries have become anachronisms. Few states have seen a substantial turnout for either party, and the also-rans are only a distraction.
Campaigns will be boring and costly.
We could take that money and feed the entire fucking world for a year. But we will happily line the pockets of sycophants and scoundrels, instead.
It's going to be a long eight months. [SIGH]

Representative Dean Phillips, a Democrat from the state running a long-shot presidential campaign, also drew a share of the vote away from Mr. Biden. Late Tuesday, he was earning 8 percent.

In 2020 Biden took Wisconsin by ~20,000 votes, but Wisconsin also leaned heavily towards Bernie in the primaries giving Biden only 66% of the primary vote, while coming together to bring a win to Biden when it mattered. It feels really up in the air as to whether this will produce real change in Biden's support for Israel or at least the conditions of that support, or whether this is leading up the refrain "But his position on Israel!" as Kushner designates support for Palestine terrorism. I know I'm generally cynical about this, but it would actually be nice if it changed his support, I'd be down for a president that sees targeting aid convoys as absolutely too far.
It seems like as clear-cut as it can be with the repeated targeting of the same convoy even after receiving communications from the WCK team after the first strike.
There are only three possibilities, and none of them are remotely acceptable:
1. It was a total mistake, they didn't realize it was WCK.
This would suggest incredible incompetence and a mistake of that magnitude should not be allowed to stand without repercussions for the people who made it. But no evidence of that happening.
And honestly, this seems very unlikely.
2. They thought there was a Hamas fighter embedded with the WCK team.
Israel saying that they'll accept large amounts of casualties, including of aid workers (and as we're seeing, this has a chilling effect on further aid attempts, which arguably makes it worse than collateral damage of civilian Palestinians) in an attempt to get a single Hamas fighter when 1. the fighter is not senior, and thus not very important 2. they would have other opportunities to get the person.
Those are unacceptable rules of engagement.
3. They intentionally targeted WCK
I don't even need to explain.
And then there are possible variations in how high up it goes as well.
It's also possible the truth is somewhere between 2 & 3 - even if they wouldn't have targeted WCK without a supposed Hamas fighter, many in the IDF likely see the chilling effect on aid to be a feature not a bug, regardless of whether it's coming from the top.
I wonder if Biden directing US troops to distribute aid would be a possible response - I don't think Bibi would dare target US troops.
I reckon No Labels chose to give up on the 2024 POTUS race after Joe Manchin, Chris Christie, Dean Phillips, a former GA lieutenant governor, and the head of animal control for Burnt Scrotum County, AZ (probably) told them, "Thanks, but lol."

“I still think it was a valiant effort but the grip of the two party system won’t let go despite their failures,” said former Republican North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory, who was a national co-chair of the organization until he resigned a few weeks ago.
jesus christ what an embarrassment that worthless dipshit continues to be
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s presidential campaign has hired a former top spokesperson to hard-right Republican candidates who has called the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol “Democrat misdirection.”
Last Saturday, independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. appeared at an event that felt entirely on-brand for the anti-vaccine champion: a so-called “medical freedom conference” near Buffalo, New York.
But the group that hosted Kennedy isn’t just skeptical of vaccines. It’s also skeptical of the fact that Joe Biden won the 2020 election.
Little wonder that everyone's favorite pussy ass bitch is doing whatever he can to portray RFK Jr. as basically Alexandria Ocasio Cortez with a penis and a regular steroid supplier.

During the latest episode of his Rumble podcast on Sunday, the director called a victory for Trump in 2024's general election a "legitimate fear."
"We don't want to say this out loud, but I'm going to say it, and the reason we need to be concerned is that Trump is smarter than us," the 69-year-old said.
And, of course, that vid floating around purporting to show Moore supporting PAB is fake news.
Still, the fat fuck was plenty accurate in 2016 and 2022, so there's that.

I'd like to believe this is something like infiltrators carrying WHARRGARBL signs during those million-teabilly Hoveround regattas that took place during the run up to the Affordable Care Act, but hey, 2024, so who the fuck knows?

His predictions that have been accurate is what I had in mind when I read that today.
Michael Moore also predicted Romney would win in 2012. He also predicted in the summer of 2016 that Trump would drop out and not even make it to November.
He doesn't have much of a record to go on, but what there is isn't enough to consider his predictions to have any more value than anyone else's.
