Default A way to use leftover cooked meat.

Make a Popsy. Take a piece of bread, butter it lightly and put it on a plate. Cut up a serving of meat into small chunks and put it on the bread. Add a serving of vegetables on top of the meat, peas and carrots, corn, broccoli or green beans are best. Cover with a slice of real cheese. Put it in the microwave and microwave on high for 2 and a half minutes. If the vegetables are frozen, defrost them first. Any meat but bacon and shellfish will serve.

other than using the microwave, I'm in.

I do something like that, but I toast the bread and then nuke the food mix, and drop it on the toast.

I hate what the microwave does to bread.

Next time I make popsy I'll have to try toast.
