Other than casting tie-breaker votes in the Senate, she doesn't really have any "wins" as a VP. I was kind of expecting Biden to use Harris like he helped Obama, but if she is, it's not making it out to the public.

K is right in that she could serve up to 10 years so long as Biden waited until 2 years into his term to resign. See U.S. Const. amend. 22 § 1 ("no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of President more than once" [emphasis added]).

Of course, for that to happen she'd need to be elected two times after serving the last two years of Biden's term. Which, in this country, lol.

I remember hearing similar conspiracies about the 2020 election, that Biden clearly couldn’t handle 4 years, and the deep states real plan was to get Biden elected and put Harris in.

I think any idea that Biden is planning on leaving after X years so Harris can take over underestimates how much he wants the power. He was always going to run for a second term and if he wins, he won't be leaving unless forced to for health reasons.

You do know that were you to comb the news archives since the fifties, you could find shots of every presidents, stumbling. tripping, bumping their head, or some such.

Though until probably the Reagan era, it was considered bad form to publish them.
