Holder is pleased with the Mueller appointment. It's important to note he's a former FBI director with a reputation as a straight shooter, and it looks like Rosenstein has given him far-reaching powers to investigate. Rosenstein appears to have been quite pissed off by the WH's attempt to pin the Comey firing on him.
At this rate, Twitler very well may not finish out his term.
