Comey got suckered something bad. He went and lied to Congress yesterday to save his own ass. If he got away with it, great, productive lie. If he got caught, that's rope enough to hang him, and appoint Christie or Giuliani or similar toady to shut down the Russia investigation. He got caught, so he's out.
