The thing is that both Twitter and YouTube are blocked in China, so there are complicated dynamics there. It's not like Chinese citizens are free to upload whatever they want with ease and therefore YouTube must be responsible for any lack of videos.

But I don't know the dynamics regarding access to Twitter and YouTube through illicit means to circumvent the Great Firewall or the relative popularity of the two platforms and so on. I doubt you do either.

So the claim that YouTube, despite being blocked in China, is nonetheless censoring things on behalf of the Chinese government, requires a bit stronger evidence than "it's more popular to upload protest videos on Twitter" or "search results put media reports on the protests at the top" or one unsubstantiated tweet.

But like I said, you're not going to bother making an actual argument or trying to find systematic evidence, because it's all low effort trolling.
