Microwave popcorn and Monster Zero energy drink, accompanied by Season 2 of Harvey Birdman.

It's ex-Mrs. KA's turn this year to have The Kid for Thanksgiving.

We'll be having the BIG chicken tomorrow though :yup:

We ended up having Thanksgiving dinner tonight, there wasn't enough time to brine the bird and eat it last night.

We had turkey, bread and sausage dressing. mashed potatoes, brussels spouts, gravy*, and cranberry relish. And I am now officially tired of all those things so it's time to start with the leftover re-makings.

* I am terrible at pan gravies, so it's all lumpy and separated. I am pretty danged good at it when you start out with a basic roux and go from there, but when I start out with pan drippings, I screw it up in various exciting ways every single time. My mom always hated cooking and thought it was a horrible chore, but she could make a perfect pan gravy every time. She just never taught me because she never imagined her daughter would be burdened with cooking, and I never learned on my own because the occasion just doesn't arrive often.

Guess I ought to look that up or something.
