I upgraded the chat program this morning, but for some reason it's still showing the old version number (5.0.7 should be 5.0.11). If y'all still have the same problems today that you've been having with it let me know (here) and I will do a complete uninstall/re-install.

Where is The Finger?

In the old version of chat, typing got a nice finger. Now it just gets

Except for maddog and Nullifidian, who continue (sporadically, I take it) to get a pictorial middle digit. Nullifidian proved it by sending me a screen shot.

What is up with this?

Is it possible that those of you still seeing old school chat behavior just have the old Flash app cached? If the version vm installs still shows the old version number, chances are Flash would not know that it needs to update the app if it already has it cached.
