And from how long ago is that remnant? How many generations do we have to be removed from
Leave it to Beaver before those old concepts are finally gone? I see the same mentality in the whole "family values" thing. When very few families feature a stay at home mom and working dad that have never been divorced or remarried, why are we holding that out as the average model of a modern family?
